Executive Chef Bill has over 30 years of Culinary and Hospitality experience and attended the Culinary Institute of America. His partner Heather has over 17 years in the wine and spirits industry, along with front of house experience. Bill quickly rose through the ranks and was soon promoted to be the Director of Operations. This achievement would eventually lead Bill to open his restaurant in early 2020.
After spending years traveling and being away from his family Bill decided to open the Stone Cellar. Over the past year the Stone Cellar and its team has greeted smiling faces and have succeeded in serving the best food and dining experience the area has to offer.
